Dan Mulhern
Co-Founder
Dan is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of leadership and organizational culture, and a Distinguished Lecturer at UC Berkeley. He has worked with a wide range of organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500, from the government to non-profits, sharing his research to build extraordinary partnerships. Dan has his BA from Yale University and JD from Harvard University and has also spent over a decade as a committed public servant.

Laura Andersen
Partner
A passionate educator who has facilitated learning for all ages and stages. Her obsession with each person’s unique potential has taken her to a bilingual kindergarten classroom, EdTech, and nonprofit collective impact work in pursuit of helping organizations grow great people and achieve great outcomes. Laura has a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Berkeley Haas. She is an ICF-accredited coach, and earned her professional coaching certification with CoachDiversity Institute.
Ashton Fandel
Associate
An enthusiastic teammate, who is driven to encourage and celebrate human change and development. Ashton works across all facets of the team, from managing operations to developing programs, and coaching and facilitating live workshops. Ashton graduated with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and has served as lecturer and facilitator of leadership courses in the Haas School of Business since 2020. She is currently pursuing her professional coaching certification.
Berke Brown
Behavior Change
Specialist
Berké is a leading expert in motivation and behavior change and has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, organizations, and municipal governments to create mission-driven and sustainable changes in culture, performance, and service. Berké was awarded Highest Honors for his research at UC Berkeley on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and their effects on sustainable behavior change. From both his research and his consulting experience, Berké continues to create powerful behavior change programs that increase human motivation and engagement in work, health, business, and life.
Cathy Raines
Coach
Cathy Raines has worked in the private, public and nonprofit sectors and in a variety of industries including journalism, social services, hospitality, economic development and foreign affairs. Most recently she worked at the U.S. Department of State as a coach and the manager of a leadership coaching program serving more than 500 people in 2018. She has been a professional certified coach for more than 15 years. She was a Kellogg fellow in their prestigious leadership development program. Her passion is working to support and partner with people who are working on what’s most meaningful in their work lives.
