Ashton Fandel is fundamentally driven by a motivation to encourage and celebrate human development. After discovering a deep curiosity for the practice of leadership and its universal impact, she served as a reader and facilitator for two of Dan Mulhern’s courses in the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. There, she coached over 100 students on leadership strategies and applications. She is currently contributing to the adaptation of an online leadership course, emphasizing intercultural team dynamics and awareness, that will be offered to hundreds by the Berkeley Global Initiative.
Ashton joined LeadingX2 as an associate in early 2020. In addition to contributing to ongoing program development and live workshop facilitation, she is managing the development of a 360-degree leadership review instrument.
