What Clients
Have to say

“I have never felt like a client of Dan’s, instead he has been a partner to me and my team. Dan has helped me realize and augment areas of strength; he’s also identified and has helped me develop areas in need of stretch and growth both professionally and personally.”

Morgan Read, CEO Read Investments

“Issues are no longer issues; they’re conversations. So often, issues used to turn into conflicts.”

Nicole Engel, Executive Director Harlem Grown (on working with her partner and LeadingX2).

“When my new CEO asked me to spend a day and a half with him and Dan working on our partnership, I wasn’t sure what to expect…And it became very apparent from the first five minutes that we spent together that it was going to be an incredibly meaningful use of our time together, and that I was going to be talking about things that were going to be useful in our new partnership…so that we can work more effectively together.”

Kate Shank, Deputy Director, Legal Aid Chicago

“So good! What a mind opening experience. Not only have you helped us become better partners but there are some seriously eye and heart opening tools for tackling life.”

Maxwell Planck, CEO Adventure Labs
